There’s no fixed number of sessions because everyone’s journey is different. If you are only looking for it on a temporary basis, then try to give it at least 4–6 months. This means you may need about 10–15 sessions for deeper long-term change. However, some people do come to discuss a very specific problem and they find a lot of benefit just in 4–8 sessions.
